The 2025 Mosaic Taiwan Program is now open for applications until March 12, 2025. This 12-day program, running from June 16 to 27, 2025, offers U.S. and Canadian students and young professionals aged 20 to 35 an excellent opportunity to explore Taiwan through workshops, lectures, historic site visits, and immersive cultural activities.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will cover travel and living expenses in Taiwan. Applications are currently being accepted at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Houston. Please submit the completed application form and required documents to Josh Lin at cllin01@mofa.gov.tw.
✅ Eligibility:
- Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen between 20 and 35 years old
- Must not have previously traveled to Taiwan under a Taiwan government-sponsored program
- Must have an active interest in public affairs, politics, government, or international affairs
✅ Required Documents:
- Completed application form
- Brief biography and CV
- At least two recommendation letters
- Academic transcript
- Essay
- Award certificates (if any)
✅ Application Notice:
- Applications will be accepted from February 10 to March 12, 2025.
- An interview will be required after TECO in Houston reviews the applicant’s documents.
- TECO in Houston accepts applications only from Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
