Today, Director General Chou of TECO in Miami warmly welcomed the newly appointed Paraguayan Consul General to Miami, Amb. Tomas Bittar Navarro. During the meeting, Consul General Bittar conveyed the sincere greetings of Paraguayan President Santiago Peña, along with Paraguay’s steadfast support for Taiwan. He also shared with Director General Chou their mutual hopes for further promoting economic, trade, and cultural exchanges, laying a stronger foundation for future cooperation and development.
