The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Miami is the representative office for the Republic of China (Taiwan) in Florida. The office’s jurisdiction includes: Florida, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Bermuda, the Bahamas, the Turks and Caicos Islands and the Dominican Republic (consular services only ). In addition to providing consular services, we are committed to improving the economic and cultural relations between Taiwan and our jurisdiction.

**Consular Services**
You can apply for consular services from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM without a prior appointment (walk-in). It will be on a first-come first-serve basis.
If you cannot come in the morning (due to traffic or any other special reason), consular services will be offered in the afternoon by appointment only. Please make arrangements by calling us at 305-443-8917 Option 2.
Those who have been notified that their package is ready for pick-up can come to the office from Monday to Friday 9 AM - 12 PM and 2 PM - 4 PM. No appointment necessary (walk-in).
The office's telephone answering hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. For Passport applications, Visa applications, and Document Authentication applications, please refer to the instructions and applications which can be found at https://www.taiwanembassy.org/usmia_en/cat/10.html.
