Director General Charles Chou recently welcomed Dariel Fernandez, Director of the Miami-Dade County Tax Collector’s Office, and his team for a visit.
They exchanged ideas on streamlining public services and using AI technology to boost administrative efficiency.
Director Fernandez also shared plans to establish a new service station in Coral Gables, where TECO Miami is located, to better serve local residents and consular staff with faster access to services like tax processing and driver’s license applications.
The visit reflects growing collaboration between local government and the international community in South Florida.
