In celebration of the traditional Youth Day, the 75th Assembly organized by San Francisco Chinese communities was held at the Dr. Sun-yat Sen Memorial Hall in San Francisco Chinatown on March 24, 2018. Director General Joseph Ma was invited to attend the annual event and presented scholarships to young talented recipients selected from junior and senior high schools from San Francisco Chinatown areas. Ma, during his remarks, encouraged all of young students not only to study diligently but also to actively involve with American mainstream society at all aspects in order to help Chinese people pursue freedom, democracy, and human rights.
