- Transfer the registration fees of 25 euro for the TOCFL, or 20 euro for the TOCFL-Novice or the CCCC to the account of the Education Division, Taipei Representative Office in The EU& Belgium :

The Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) is aimed at people who aren’t native Chinese speakers. The test has seven levels according to the knowledge of the participants. The test-taker can freely choose the test version either in simplified or traditional characters.

All participants will receive a document with their test results. Those who pass the
exam also receive a certificate which can serve as credential for applying for a
Taiwan scholarship, applying for admission to the academic programs at colleges
and universities in Taiwan, getting a job, etc.
Please note that the certificate of TOCFL-Novice test will be issued by the
Steering Committee for the Test Of Proficiency-Huayu, but not by the Ministry of
