This office is authorized to authenticate only documents originated from the states of ILLINOIS, IOWA, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, INDIANA, OHIO, and WISCONSIN.
The aforementioned documents include: POWER OF ATTORNEY, CERTIFICATE OF APPOINTMENT OR DEPUTATION, DIPLOMA, TRANSCRIPT, CERTIFICATE OF ENROLLMENT (in a school), AFFIDAVITS, CERTIFICATE or LICENSE OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, DEATH CERTIFICATE, MARRIAGE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, COURT DECISION OF DIVORCE, CERTIFICATE OF NO CRIMINAL RECORD, DRIVING LICENSE.

This office is also authorized to issue certain certificates based on evidences presented to this offices; however, this kind of service is limited and should be guided by related laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
