The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York would like to invite everyone to join us from Friday, August 13 through Sunday, August 15 for a stunning display of orchids plus an array of Taiwanese art and cultural programs at the Queens Botanical Garden.
The exhibit features artwork by Taiwanese artists Chih-Yuan Chang, Wan-Sian Lai, Te-Sian Shih, and Chingya Weng, as well as a pre-recorded concert featuring renowned Taiwanese pianists Ching-Yun Hu, Natasha Wu, and Yao-Wen Chang.
In addition to art and music, this year’s program also includes a variety of cultural experiences, such as origami and lantern making, diabolo demonstrations, screenings of award-winning Taiwanese film shorts, and tourism consultation.
