THe fourth Taiwan bursaries scholarship to students in Grenadines, Bequia

Ambassador Peter Sha-Li LAN of the Republic of China (Taiwan) presented the fourth and last batch of Taiwan Bursaries scholarship 2021-2022 to the students on the Grenadines, together with Hon. Curtis King, Minister of Education, Hon. Frederick Stephenson, Minister of Public Service Minister, during a ceremony at the Bequia SDA Secondary School on 29 April, 2022.

Ambassador Lan said today’s visit is his second visit to this beautiful island of Bequia. He also pointed out that the best investment is education, that is why Taiwan would like to share the experience with SVG, the faithful friend for 41 years.

Ambassador and two Ministers then handed over scholarship to school principals, and encourage the students to keep focusing on their studies. (E)
